You can explore the possibility of working with us by scheduling a complimentary virtual chemistry meeting to determine if you would like to engage Linda Sinisi as your coach. If so, here’s what you can expect:

  • As you review the contract, she will ask you questions to understand what you expect of her and whether you’ll be comfortable with what she expects of you.
  • Together you will define and agree upon the way you will approach the work together.

Comprehensive Coaching Experience

360 provides a full strategic 3-dimensional methodology, a hallmark exclusive to Thriving clients, tailored to your specific goals. This tier delivers a comprehensive review and analysis. We explore all aspects of your professional lifework to help you unlock your full potential and facilitate transformative change. Included is a 360 degree input process. You will select ten individuals, including people you work with as well as family and friends who have an interest in supporting you and seeing you succeed. We conduct a confidential interview with each individual and formulate a vision of what they collectively provide as input for your consideration as goals.

THRIVING Focus

Targeted Solutions for Focused Results

Focus is tailored for those who may never have experienced coaching before. This program is for you if you’re facing specific work challenges, want to further your leadership development, or are considering a change in your career direction. You have specific goals you want to achieve and feel now is not the time for the THRIVING 360. This tier delivers focused self-discovery interventions and personal development strategies to help you address your needs, accelerating progress and achieving impactful results.

THRIVING Mastery

Ongoing Support for Continuous Growth

Mastery is designed for individuals who have already experienced coaching and seek support to sustain peak performance or during times of change and new challenging situations. This tier offers accountability structures to help you continually refine your skills, optimize your strategies, and master your momentum for sustained growth and success.

How We Work

During the first meeting, Linda will invite you to share stories about your work as well as any situations you are comfortable sharing. You may have an idea of the goals you’d like to focus on. You will work with your coach to customize a process that’s based on your preferred style of Discovery, Development, and Demonstration. As the client, you will lead the meetings that follow. Some clients prefer less structure and some prefer more. Your coach can provide tools for your consideration as a source of structure to meet your preferred style.

Frequently Asked Questions

Invoices are electronically sent via email to clients and due the day prior to each meeting, with the option for clients to pay using a credit card as well as Apple Pay. 
For corporate programs, where a client credit card payment is not available, clients are invoiced weekly, it is customary to receive payments via check. Payment terms: Net 14.
